Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are ever dissatisfied with the condition of an item you purchased, we guarantee an easy return or exchange experience. Canada Card World offers a 30-day commitment on all unopened or unused products, returned in new, saleable condition. Refunds for items will be issued when items are received, inspected and re-issued for sale.  Please note that refunds for returns for reasons outside of the responsibility of Canada Card World will have non-refundable transaction fees withheld.   Cancellation requests before shipment will also result in non-refundable transaction fees withheld.
