Looking for something out of the ordinary?
How about the industry’s first game-worn hockey helmet decal cards. Or how about the industry’s first hockey sweater lace cards.
It looks as if Panini is upping their game!
With one rookie auto quad card numbered to 199 or less, one multi-memorabilia card, one autograph, and an additional autograph or memorabilia card in every five-card pack, Panini America’s 2011-12 Prime Hockey is primed for a staggering debut in early July 2012.
Prime Ties and Collision Course, the aforementioned history-makers, represent the innovative edge of this new release, but there are several other bells and whistles sure to appeal to hardcore hockey hobbyists, including:
- Prime Rookies NHL Shields
- Prime Rookies Auto Quad Memorabilia cards
- Prime Combos Duals and Quads
- Prime Signatures
In addition, Captain’s “C” and Alternate Captain’s “A” cards incorporating the captain’s “C” and alternate captain’s “A” from select game-worn jerseys will be very sought after. There will also be Genuine Marks (autographed game-used nameplate letter cards), and All-Star Signatures (autographs signed on NHL All-Star Game locker nameplates).
2011-12 Prime Hockey from Panini will be available for pre-order in the near future from Canada Card World.

The IIHF ranks Russia #1 OK if you say so . The last time Canada played Russia in the Olympics (a true best on best event now that Pros are alwelod to play) . The IIHF ranking proves my point .It is a bullshit international federation that decides to hold the World Championships of Hockey during the NHL playoffs. The only players that can play lost out of the playoffs Ovechkin, etc
