The Monday History Lesson – Whitney Houston

Whitney Houston died this past weekend at the age of 48.

Captured on a 1991 Pro-Set football card, her performance of “The Star Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl XXV in 1991 was a memorable moment for fans around the globe. It also represents one of her few appearances on cardboard.

The card was very popular during the boom in the trading card market in the early 1990s. In addition, Houston also appeared on two Pro-Set SuperStars MusiCards in 1991.

Collectors will no doubt be able to find these on eBay over the coming weeks.

This was an awesome read Hattie Sims was a sotnrg woman to stand up to the likes of Topps Johnson and she was not gonna let him show her grand kids the streets although he was their father, although she tried to show Neema, her daughter what he was all about it took the things he did to finally make her see, will not tell all you have to actually read to see the likes and reasons Topps Johnson was a monster.
